I have an issue similar to this bug:

but for another ASUS laptop model - K501UQ. When Ubuntu wakes up after suspend touchpad doesn't work. Moreover, using "sudo reboot" doesn't work too (not sure if it's the same bug). When I try to reboot the system hangs, only hard reboot helps.
