Having the same problem with you. But now it's working. Thanks for the tips. For those of you having the same problem with me and Carter Braxton (low resolution in 4.4.0-109 kernel). You need to PURGE all 4.4.0-108 kernel image and the remaining HEADERS. Use command: sudo apt autoremove
