I am having the same issue on a Dell XPS 9560.

$ uname -a
Linux localhost.localdomain 4.18.10-100.fc27.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Sep 26 11:06:22 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I have restarted the computer since updating and that does not resolve the problem.

Wifi usually crashes after a few hours of use.
