Upgraded to 16.04 this morning, issue did not exist before today. kernel 4.4.0-38-generic, pc is no-name Intel core 2 duo cpu e7300 s.66GHz x 2, graphics Gallium 0.4 on ATI RV370, no bluetooth, no wireless. System will not recover from sleep or hibernate.
