Geoff Roach, thank you for your comment. However, as this bug report is closed, the scope of it does not cover you, your problem or your hardware. So your hardware and problem may be tracked, could you please file a new report with a supported version of Ubuntu (not Lucid) by executing the following in a terminal while booted into the default Ubuntu kernel (not a mainline one) via:
ubuntu-bug linux
