I'm afraid I can't get this to work. I'm running the 4.4.5 kernel on an HP 15-ab032tx with the rtl8723be chipset.
I recompiled the hp-wmi module and;

Before suspending, I'm (still) getting:
# rfkill list all
0: phy0: Wireless LAN
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: no
1: hci0: Bluetooth
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: no

After suspending, this goes to:
# rfkill list all
0: phy0: Wireless LAN
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: yes

Can someone point me in the right direction?
