Update to the black-screen-issue after hibernate for the nvidia-driver;

Since kernel update 3.13.0-37.64 I can use MSI-interrupts with the nvidia module again and the black-screen-issue after hibernate is gone.

Please try this kernel or test kernel parameter nomsi !
