Resolved it all....

I changed all the permissions errors to Me Full Access to folders and full RW and Root Full Accessto Folders/ only Read

I messed up some permissions when it all went pair shape... Seemed to be fixed now...

I hope this trail of discovery will help someone else... thanks :)
