I can't test the upstream kernel since the error happens in a new installation after trying to restart when the installation is finish. I can replicate the problem any time.

This error doesn't happen once the VM is turn off and started again; after that the OS can restart without problems, is just after the installation is finish.

I will try to test the Beta2 and verify if this exist also.
