Bug Description
Usually when I turn on my computer it takes very long time for the network manager to detect my home wifi. Sometimes over a minute. I think disabling/enabling wifi (using hardware switch on my lenovo thinkpad) expedites the process. Anyway, it used to take 2 seconds on 11.10 for example.
