I'm not sure if it replies to ping or ssh, but after the blank screen I can hear the login screen sound, so I guess the PC is still working. I can experience the blank screen more or less once every two reboot. It started after kernel upgrade to 3.2.0-31.

Yesterday I upgraded to -32 but it didn't solve. Now I've setup the 3.2.0-30 as default kernel on grub.
