Comment 0 for bug 1058192

I have two Lenovos (ideapad S205 and L5210) and those can be shutdown only by pressing power-button. Making a shutdown in every possible way from UI or command line the computer just freezes. I can even hear the hard drive shutting down.

There is also a bug raport about it and this bug is been around a long time so I decided to make another one.

One thing I dont understand is that Linux Mint is based on Ubuntu and it does not have the same bug. Not in Mint XFCE 12 nor 13. How is this possible?

Let me know if I can help somehow. This is very annoying bug and I tried to fix, but I really don't have a clue where it comes from.
