Bug Description

After installing 3.5.0-14, I -- for whatever reason -- used the touchpad for vertical scroll -- it did not work. Rebooted in:

3.5.0-13 -- does not work
3.5.0-12 is not available
3.5.0-11 -- does not work
3.5.0-10 -- works.

So this seems like a regression from -10 to -11.
