My Acer Aspire 10.1" AO531h will shutdown just fine, but if you reboot, it hangs just as it is about to repost and start again.

It will sit there with the led's all on for infinity.

I am posting this because this is an Ubuntu bug only.

Several other distro's reboot just fine, as well as older versions of Ubuntu.

Here is a link to information posted from about an older version of Ubuntu, 11.10.

I add this because nothing really has changed from the problem on 11.10.
