I created a second test kernel for this bug. The test kernel can be downloaded from:
http://people.canonical.com/~jsalisbury/lp1018020/

This new kernel should fix the issue with the webcam crashing after a period of time.

Can folks affected by this bug test this kernel and report if you webcam works or not?
