Steps for connecting A780:
1. modprobe usbnet
2. modprobe cdc-acm
3. connect the phone in modem mode
4. on the phone switch to usblan mode
5. on the pc: ifconfig usb0 192.168.1.1 netmask 255.255.255.0 mtu 900
6. telnet 192.168.1.2
