I too am experiencing this on an Acer Ferrari 4005.
It occurs every few seconds, and ends up filling up dmesg completely.
I have attached an output of "sudo lspci -vv".
All of this ws captured without the broadcom (bcm43xx) module loaded.

If there is any other information I can provide, please let me know.
