The ctrl+alt+F2 trick didn't work with me. My keyboard seems to be not working after suspend.

There is a "Sleep State" switch in the BIOS of some Thinkpads (Config ➜ Power ➜ Sleep State ➜ “Linux” / “Windows 10”). I just turned it from "Windows" to "Linux" and it seems to work now. But I'm not sure yet. I will test more.
