Hmmm ... it's been nearly 24 hours and I still don't see the new .deb!
In fact if I enable -proposed and try to upgrade, I get this:

The following packages have been kept back:
   linux-restricted-modules-generic (2.6.27.9.13 => 2.6.27.11.14)

.... which is due to the package "linux-restricted-modules-2.6.27-11-generic" not being available....
