Gus, Today I format my notebook, again,again, but in this time the WIFI woks well on Ubuntu 20.04.
I do not know why I had problems when I tried update the Ubuntu 19.10 version to Ubuntu 20.04.

So, Sorry Gus but Ubuntu 20.04 Works well with Qualcomm Atheros QCA6174 802.11ac.
There is no problems.
