I fixed this problem on my carbon x1 15.04 by turning off bluetooth with rfkill. I strongly encourage everyone looking at this thread to try doing this.

If you actually need bluetooth (I don't), iwlwifi has a driver specific param called bt_coex_active you might want to check out.
