3. breezy 3.2 (currently in impish-proposed) is breaking lintian-brush.

I spotted this while checking excuses for +1 duty.
Lintian-brush currently is affected by a set of issues:
1. Problems with output reporting "testdir" as unexpected /bugs.debian. org/cgi- bin/bugreport. cgi?bug= 988909
This is an odd problem as it is not reproducible in e.g. a local autopkgtest VM
