Bug Description

Hi,
I spotted this while checking excuses for +1 duty.
Lintian-brush currently is affected by a set of issues:

Ubuntu tests
https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-impish/impish/amd64/l/lintian-brush/20210524_182220_e891a@/log.gz
Debci Tests:
https://ci.debian.net/data/autopkgtest/unstable/amd64/l/lintian-brush/12796854/log.gz

1. Problems with output reporting "testdir" as unexpected
This is an odd problem as it is not reproducible in e.g. a local autopkgtest VM
=> https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=988909

2. missing python3-tomlkit test dependency
I've created and verified the following fix and reported it to Debian to combine it with the others
=> https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=989634

3. breezy 3.2 (currently in impish-proposed) is breaking lintian-brush.
I've debugged and fixed this as well, reported to Debian to pick up the change like the others.
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=989633

All those are primarily tracked, discussed and fixed in the referenced Debian bugs.

This tracker bug here shall help to find it from Ubuntus update-excuses page and to add tasks for items blocked by it.
Currently blocked by this are:
- https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/upstream-ontologist/0.1.19-1
- https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/debmutate/0.34

All three issues are Fixed in version lintian-brush/0.106

 lintian-brush | 0.106 | impish-proposed/universe | source, all

But that will be stuck in proposed for now as there is a new test issue

In Debian the same does not happen

FYI - this is just a status update as I saw it fly by, but I'm not actively working on this right now.

lintian-brush's tool-testsuite passes in a local LXC container for me, but in -proposed it still shows the error mentioned in comment #1, as well as new errors relating to the recently added debhelper dh_assistant and some other discrepancies in tool output that may be due to some debhelper pieces not being 100% up to date.

The dh_assistant issue should be fixed in the upcoming 0.115.
