Impress master slide footer font is Times New Roman 24pt, in a file opened that previously had Arial 16pt configured. Modifying font style/size of footer on master slide works until file is closed. When reopened, footer font is reset to Times New Roman 24pt. (I believe Impress3.1/Ubuntu9.04 was OK.)
