The maintainer of this package has expressed doubts about the
suitability of this package for inclusion in Sarge:

- is it still functional?
- does it comply to the current Debian XML standards?
- XML catalog support correct?
- more?

And feels that the package should not be shipped with Sarge unless
somebody verifies that this package is indeed suitable for release.

Hence this bug, please close it if you've verified this package is
suitable.
