No 12-hour format in Venezuela timezone

Venezuela has no 12-hour format in its timezone in /usr/share/i18n/es_VE, thus, the Gnome Clock applet doesn't allows me to choose between 12-hour, 24-hour, UNIX time or UTC, but only UTC, 24-hour and UNIX time. Here in Venezuela we use a 12-hour time format.

Spanish:

Venezuela no tiene un formato de 12 horas en /usr/share/i18n/es_VE, por eso, el applet del Reloj de Gnome no me deja seleccionar entre 12 Horas, 23 Horas, hora UNIX o UTC, si no solamente UTC, 24 Horas y hora UNIX. Acá en Venezuela usamos un formato de 12 Horas.

Fix:

Edit /usr/share/i18n/es_VE:

- am_pm "";""
- t_fmt_ampm ""

Then "sudo locale-gen".
