Comment 5 for bug 188529

This bug is related to #251234 but is not an exact duplicate. This particular bug #188529 can now be closed because in Intrepid and later, when starting KToon the wizard does have working values pre-filled in the form fields, and does start up.

(The tools are still missing, but that's the substance of #251234, which is caused by Debian packaging policy of moving the .so files for the tools into /usr/lib This is clearly not what the upstream developers anticipated).
