Sorry for this long delay:

Here is a short howto ;)

1. Go to the "System services" configuration
2. Switch to Administration Mode
3. Select a service e.g. bluez-utils (on the right, you can read the description)
4. right mouse button -> "Toggle Start during boot..."
5. Now try to select an other service e.g. hdparm

And now you can see the bug. Even if you select an other service, the old service is still selected on the right side. And also actions in the context menu for the currently selected service changes the old one.
