Bug Description

I'm not even sure that initramfs-tools-ubuntu-touch should be installable on amd64, but apt-get doesn't stop me. However, after it is installed, update-initramfs no longer works:

root@capo-s:~# update-initramfs -u -k all
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-3.11.0-11-generic
E: /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/touch failed with return 1.
update-initramfs: failed for /boot/initrd.img-3.11.0-11-generic with 1.

/usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/touch has some lines that copy files from /lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/, but those files are not present when initramfs-tools-ubuntu-touch is installed (i.e. are not present as a dependency) and I think that is why the script fails.

The bad thing is, if update-initramfs fails when a new kernel is installed, the system may not boot properly at next restart.

Is this still an issue with latest version of initramfs-tools-ubuntu-touch? We should know have builds for i386, armhf and amd64.
