Comment 5 for bug 1365979

I was able to partially fix this by performing steps described below:
http://askubuntu.com/questions/363097/no-menu-bar-shown-on-the-top-panel-after-upgrading-to-13-10

That brought language indicator and network activity to panel, however I still didn't get the power menu.

I think this bug should be reassigned to correct team.
