When i select Azerbaijani language package then indicator is not visible.

When i select Azerbaijani language package then indicator is not visible, low graphics, oldest GTK design and the text in textboxes to be translated appears in false rtl direction. Azerbaijani uses latin letters, from left to right. How can it be fixed?

Just tried installing fresh Ubuntu 14.04.1 and applied all available updates. I chose Azerbaijani as a main system locale during the installation and moved Azerbaijani to top in "Language support", then applied the settings system wide.

After logging back in, I noticed only two problems:
* Application menus were inside apps, instead of being in top panel
* Unity applets were missing from the top panel: date, time, messaging menu, power menu, etc, i.e. in order to logout I was forced to "sudo reboot" in terminal

However I could not reproduce RTL issue.

I was able to partially fix this by performing steps described below:

That brought language indicator and network activity to panel, however I still didn't get the power menu.

I think this bug should be reassigned to correct team.

I was able to get power menu by running this:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/indicator-session/indicator-session-service

Seems like autostart items under /usr/share/upstart/xdg/autostart not executed during session start.
