indicator-datetime fails to build from source in Kinetic with the default compiler, gcc/g++-12

To allow the package to build so that we can complete the evolution-data-server 3.45 transition, I switched the package to build with gcc/g++-11.

I suggest switching to the Ayatana Indicators (ayatana-indicator-datetime) which are maintained and are able to complete their build tests successfully.
