The differences between the not-working PPD which you have attached and the working hpcups PPD you can see below.

Try to return to your original PPD via

lpadmin -p PSC-750 -E -P PSC-750.ppd

Does it stop working now? If so, apply each change show below manually to your /etc/cups/ppd/PSC-750.ppd and do not forget to restart CUPS after each change. Tell which change actually makes the printer working again.\
