With the information provided I couldn't be 100% sure of even what platform you were on, some of the bug reports are THAT vauge. A triagers job is to help develop and elaborate on a bug report so the developers have enough information to fix it.
The screen snapshot you provided gives enough information to mark this bug as confirmed as I have experienced the problem you are having personally... I have just tested the problem on an up to date hardy system and was unable to reproduce the problem by clicking file -> "Save as". Do you know of an application it does this consistently on?
