Now that you remember me of that bug report, yes i've seen it again 2
or 3 times after the update Ross talked about. But with me its only
visibility issues, I don't have any problems rearanging the icons,
however, i don't do that very often. If that bug hits, I only run
"killall gnome-panel" to restart the panels and everything is alright
again.
