Thanks for your bug report. There is some additional information that could help track this down. Could you please look to see if you have a .crash file for gnome-panel? Launch nautilus and navigate to the /var/crash directory and double click on the crash report you wish to submit.

If you have a report there, please close this bug as submitting the report will automatically open a new bug with the information attached. Thanks!
