[Impact]
GNOME Maps is included by default in Ubuntu GNOME 15.10 and 16.04. The app currently is useless.

[Test Case]
Install gnome-maps. Open the Maps app. Do you see maps?

Note that maps are cached so you may not notice the feed has been disabled unless you try viewing a specific area at a close enough zoom that you have not viewed recently.
