I was planning on working on this, but I was waiting for https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libgda3/+bug/200292 to close since glom 1.6.9 requires libgda3 3.0.2 .

Closing this bug would probably also close this one:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/glom/+bug/200194

as well.
