Binary package hint: libgeos2c2a

The libgeos package in Feisty is now somewhat old and should be upgraded in Gutsy or Gutsy+1.

Feisty release is 2.2.3-3. Current version at http://geos.refractions.net/ is 3.0.0rc4 as of 2007/09/14.

Important geoprocessing bugs have been fixed in the 3.x version and most users of the geoprocessing capability of geos will need to build a newer version from source.
