This popup annoyance represents the major part of the questions tagged "gnome-keyring" (https://askubuntu.com/questions/tagged/gnome-keyring) all over the place.

And it all ends up with two MAIN issues: This one about the "modal" focus of the prompt.

And the other one about naming which service the popup is prompting a password for.
