There is no option in printer properties for Halftone Algorithm to be Off. (Options are: Default, Accurate, Standard, and Well Tempered).

Otherwise, with the settings at
color mode --> color
Halftone Algorithm --> Default
ICM Color Profile --> No ICM Color Correction

The page printed similarly to all the others I've tried with this driver, with diagonal lines (running at ~110 degrees in landscape mode).
