I think the essential difference is final goal and result of either culture.
Anon is all about decentralization, it's hive minds main goal is to avoid a single voice drowning out all others and taking advantage of the hive mind to further oneself in life instead of advancing the collective as a whole.
Meanwhile SJW culture is all about the hive-mind listening to one or more borg queens who reap all the benefits that power offers and use the hivemind to improve their own standing in live.

Anon are the ideal of what the borg claim to be, SJW is what the borg in star trek actually ends up being.
