Status in “flashplugin-nonfree” source package in Ubuntu: Incomplete

Bug description:
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

will not play any video on web that uses adobe flash player. looked at adobe player files in file system and all those files have a lock icon by them. maybe need to unlock those somehow
