Danny, You *are* right! the behavior is wrong! So the bug report was
valid. (although you were not the only one, so i marked it as a
duplicate of a previous bug)
My remarks about right-clicking was just to show you a workaround so
you can get on. I wasn't trying to invalidate your bug. It is a bug.
They default dictionary should be based upon the language choses
during login-time.
