After numerous updates to 9.04 (including FF updates) this problem still persists!
When opening FF for the first time and clicking the bookmarks menu (most used action on startup) the
system lags for a while, then STILL opens the "Add Bookmark" dialogue box.

Firefox now @ v3.0.10, latest ATi Linux Drivers, Gnome and Compiz.
