No, this is not still an issue for me. Actually. Restarting Firefox after the update fixed the window. Due to various reasons (especially empirical ones) I am very selective about updating my Ubuntu. Hence I am still running 8.04 and could not tell you if I were able to reproduce the error in 8.10 or 9.04.
