1) Move the address bar to the menu bar or the bookmark toolbar
2) Press F11
3) Address bar isn't shown in fullscreen

F11 should show tabs and the bar the address bar is on, not just tabs and the nav bar. It seems to be the most important object, over things like back / forward / reload for this sort of thing. Likelyhood is address bar would be moved along with those buttons anyway.
