Okay here is what happened:

I had Firefox 2.0.0.12 I set the Bookmarks Toolbar as hidden and proceeded to install Firefox 3. When Firefox 3 opened it toggled the Bookmarks Toolbar to visible and the home button is still on the bookmarks tool bar and not on the navigation bar.

Is this expected?
