Most intriguing. I created an account and now it says my password is invalid. I don't understand why there should be such a dichotomy for bug reporting, and since I can't use GNOME Bugzilla until I get some clarification, I will have to rest here. Frankly, I have had contretemps with Bugzilla software in the past, and I am not impressed.
