For those, who use Edgy -> change 'ati' to 'fglrx' driver
Both worked for me on Asus a6r. This is VERY strange.
Pi4uks -> I found nothing about version 7.2. Just try changing your video driver.
This problem has probably nothing in common with your wifi led. Even if led is off, it don't mean that your wifi doesn't work. Type your card name in google and you will find solution for wifi.
